'Fess Up Friday: Eh

A frustrating week all around. But, for the purposes of this blog, managed a short session of writing.

The universe is pounding me with learning the lesson of managing long-term projects, though. Three major projects I am currently working on:

Building a new website
Developing a marketing communications plan
Buying a home

I should have much sharper organizational skills by the end of it all, which should help with being able to take on a Novel with more success than I have had.

We all had a blah week, I think. Glad to know you got some transferable skills out of it!

What three very different but big projects you have! It's no wonder it was a hard writing week. Good luck with the projects!

Buying a house? Talk about stress. I never want to go through that again.
I have made my confession today. It was a much better week than most have been lately.

It was definitely an unproductive week all around our little part of the blogosphere...here is hoping next week perks up for all of us a bit. You, my friend, though, have too many projects going on at once...give yourself permission to take the writing slowly. Will we get to hear about the new home?

Wow, I feel for you with all of that on your plate. My writing continues to be absolutely ridiculously nil. Ugg!

Thanks for the comments and continued support. Guess everyone had a down week, but that's to be expected.

Yes, a LOT on my plate. But determined to figure out how to do it all. And still exercise.

Hi LK,

Just now (Monday!) retrieved your comment from spam. Have no idea why it landed there. In any case, glad I found your blog and glad you enjoyed Margolin's tips!

Oh, that sounds like a lot! But surely you will learn a whole lot from it ... I hope this week goes well!

How is the house buying? Enough stress for you yet? Did you relax by doing any writing?
I did very little this week, but it was still a good week. If only it would stop raining!!!

i've gone back to my twice-a-week plan. i pick like 3 things i want to work on and make sure i do it just twice a week, time doesn't matter. the first time i did it, the things included flossing, hehe. this time it's: write something, work out or ride my bike, clean something in my house. just trying to get into the routine!
